What is Acrobatic Gymnastics?

Acrobatics involves both floor work and tumbling and is open to both boys and girls of all ages. Gymnasts can work in pairs, trios and groups as well as individually on the tumble track. The sport develops good strength, stamina and flexibility and is a sport that you can stay involved in for many years.

Beginners work through the British Gymnastics awards schemes and the more advanced gymnasts work towards County, Regional and National Competitions.
