Aspects of Training

    Warm Up - Essential to prepare the body for the range of skills to be carried out in the session.

    Flexibility Training - A series of stretching exercises to improve flexibility and mobility of the joints

    Strength Training - A variety of exercises to strength throughout the body. Could be circuit training or with worksheets. Also medicine ball work.

    Pair/Group Work - Working with a partner balancing each other in various ways, then creating a sequence to music involving various balances and individual skills which will be at a suitable competitive grade.

    Tumbling - Individual dynamic skills such as backflips and somersaults combined together to make a tumble run. We have an Air Track to assist in the development of these skills.
